By using GraffitiQ ("the tool"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the tool. GraffitiQ is operated by RuntimeHub under the laws of Romania.
GraffitiQ lets you generate holographic cards from text in your browser. The tool is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
All card generation happens locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process the text you enter. Cards you generate are your own — you own them and can use them however you like, including commercially.
You are responsible for ensuring that text you use does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
You may not use GraffitiQ to generate cards that:
GraffitiQ displays ads to cover operational costs. Advertisers do not have access to any content you generate. Ad preferences are managed by the ad network in accordance with their own policies.
GraffitiQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of uptime, output quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by Romanian law, RuntimeHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GraffitiQ.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GraffitiQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
